Fruity Spelt Muesli


1 dl Birkkala Wholemeal Spelt Flakes

1 apple

1 pear

½ banana

2 tbsp strawberries

2 tsp lemon juice

50 g (peeled) almonds

2½ dl plain yoghurt

½ tsp cinnamon

2 tsp honey


Roast the spelt flakes briefly in a non-stick pan without oil and let them cool. Slice the fruits and berries into fair pieces, sprinkle lemon juice on top and mix. Cut the almonds into grits. Add cinnamon and honey to the yoghurt. Place the fruit mix in serving pots, followed by spelt flakes and pour the yoghurt on top. Decorate with strawberries and sprinkle the almonds on the surface. If you want more sweetness, pour honey or maple syrup on top.
