Birkkala Whole Spelt Grain (wholemeal)

Birkkala Whole Spelt Grain can be used for milling, germination, marinating, stews and as a side dish like rice. Rinse and soak the grains overnight before cooking them to shorten the cooking time. The grains are cooked for about one hour.
