Birkkala Pearled Spelt® (slightly polished spelt grain)


Birkkala Pearled Spelt are lightly ground grains that can be used in risotto, woks, salads, paellas and porridges like rice. In woks and risottos, the cooking time is about 20 minutes. A porridge stewed from pearled spelt is cooked for 40-50 minutes.
